Mr. Watts is an associate principal of AGS Associates, LLC. He has over eighteen years of business experience in information technology across multiple industries. As an experienced program manager from Fortune 500 companies and large government entities he brings a unique understanding of the local and global issues that face companies today. He has managing multi-national teams that includes consulting and client business professionals and has program management expertise that includes business alignment, prototyping, scheduling, budgeting, scope definition, and issue resolution.

Mr. Watts’ technology specialties include electronic commerce, EDI and XML trading systems, EAI infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions integration with SAP and Peoplesoft and B2B exchange set-up with Ariba and Commerce One. He has led trading partner implementation programs and delivered multi-million dollar electronic commerce projects on time and within budget. Industry sector experience includes Specialty Chemical, Industrial Products, Agriculture and Service industries, with a focus on Customer Management, Information Technology, and Supply Chain business processes.

Prior to participating with AGS Associates, Mr. Watts was an Integration Manager with ABB, and a Program Manager with EDS. His primary technical knowledge covers eBusiness Solutions, including WebSphere eCommerce, product sales configurators, interface development with MQSeries, and SeeBeyond e*Gate for data transformation. Additionally he has significant integration depth with enterprise solutions, including the full breadth and depth of SAP sales and supply chain solutions and Peoplesoft.

Major Agriculture Specialty Chemical Manufacturer

Authored and implemented an Electronic Commerce Strategic Plan for a specialty chemical manufacturer. Installed NT-based TLE software and set up EDI program, including integration into SAP R/3 3.1H environment, mapping and trading partner certification. Set up railcar tracking system output from SAP. Recruited, trained and developed Electronic Commerce Team.

Accomplishments:

Created a stable EDI system and program from scratch, including significant SAP configuration

Significantly improved invoice processing through implementation of EDI invoice transaction with vendors

Industrial Products Digital Market

Responsible for establishing electronic connections to all trading partners, including those using EDI, XML and other technologies. Integrated trading partners with internal systems including BroadVision and PeopleSoft. Maintained Harbinger Trusted Link Enterprise (TLE) software and wrote EDI maps. Administered Templar communications software for EDI. Managed development and rollout of webMethods (XML) connections to trading exchanges, including 'punchout' from Ariba Buyer.
