Mr. Dlesk has over 20 years of experience managing the technology organizations
of industrial companies and leading product and solution development in
software and technology services companies. He has a proven ability to manage
and lead technology driven change in global industrial enterprises and
innovation in small entrepreneurial technology firms. Mr. Dlesk’s experience
covers the automotive, electrical, aerospace, chemical, petroleum, software,
and e-business industries. He has provided leadership in the support diverse
business functions including sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing,
human resources, finance and administrative shared services.
He is an expert in leading IT strategic planning, project planning and
financial management in complex, decentralized corporations. At ExxonMobil,
Honeywell and Cummins he was highly successful at working with business leaders
to identify and support appropriate technology investments, and then manage
successful implementations. Mr. Dlesk is highly skilled at improving
decentralized IT organizations through technology standards, common processes,
and practices.
Mr. Dlesk became a Six Sigma Black Belt champion and certified TQM Master
Trainer and Facilitator during his tenures at Honeywell and Cummins. He is
skilled at positioning IT organization to support company quality initiatives.

timing, communication, rollout plans, and vendor negotiations to optimize
enterprise technology investment.

Developed and managed organization supporting corporate office and business
services with a budget of $17M and staff of 45 FTE's.
