Mr. MacDonald along with Mr. Dougherty is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of AGS Associates, LLC. The company was formed with a unique team of industry-seasoned individuals and strategic alliance partners in July 2003 and through this team, AGS delivers high impact business assessments, business integration, and productivity improvements to our customers. Mr. MacDonald has over 18 years experience in high technology and has been the founder of three successful high tech firms over the past twelve years.

Prior to forming AGS Associates, Mr. MacDonald was Vice President World Wide Sales and Business Development for QST, a global fab less Semiconductor Company with its headquarters in Silicon Valley. While at QST he held positions responsible for setting strategic direction for the launch of a new processing technology, channel creation, demand creation, venture funding, business acquisition evaluation, application development, and operations of corporate-wide eBusiness solutions. In addition, he has significant consulting experience as President and CEO of Position A LLC, a firm that was merged with AGS LLC and was focused on strategic partners, Merger and Acquisition and sales and marketing productivity for small to medium sized companies.
